The location of our property is ideal for discovering and reaching the enchanting beaches of this beautiful stretch of Calabria, known as the Costa degli Dei (Capo Cozzo, Pizzuta, Tonnara, S. Irene and others).

From the area where we are located it is possible to enjoy a fabulous panorama and wonderful sunsets overlooking Tropea, with the Aeolian Islands as a backdrop in the sea.

Furthermore, the geographical position is strategic for visiting many characteristic places and for exploring the hinterland.

It is the perfect place to spend a holiday in nature, under the banner of quiet and rest: swimming pool and relaxation area equipped among the trees with a view of the sea over the olive groves and vineyards, ample space for walking and cycling in the surrounding area.

The structure of the farmhouse
The structure is very simple: an old cellar, completely restored, forms the central body, where there is the refreshment point, the swimming pool with hydromassage, the five bedrooms, three with the patio, all on the ground floor.

Not far away, two comfortable apartments were created, obtained by recovering a pigsty and a stable with careful planning.
